Where LISA came from
We kept seeing the same problem. Independent ecommerce store owners - particularly in the pet space - were doing everything right. Great products. A real passion for what they sell. A genuine understanding of their customers' pets.
But online, that expertise was invisible. Shoppers couldn't ask questions the way they would in a physical store. They'd arrive with a specific need - is this safe for a Labrador with a sensitive stomach? - and leave empty-handed because the product page couldn't answer them.

We built LISA with a clear focus: sales, not support. LISA isn't a customer service bot. She's a sales agent. Her job is to guide shoppers to the right product, answer the questions that kill conversions, and make sure every visitor who arrives with intent has the best possible chance of buying.
We built LISA specifically for the pet industry because it's where the need is clearest. Pet owners are passionate, their questions are specific, and the stakes feel personal - they're buying for a family member. That combination makes great product guidance genuinely valuable.
